The cotter pin is still there and the hex rod is all the way into the reciever. The joystick spins around in the tube that comes up from the reciever but it seems like the gears don't match up with each other.IMPORTANT: Chute will not rotate without squeezing trigger on 2-way/4-way chute control. 6.
