I dunno if the problem is the contract sliders alone as much as it is an oversaturation of talent. Too many 80+ overalls and high potential young players. Two things: i advise adding two expansion teams and lowering draft class quality. I just made a post partly about combating talent oversaturation, its been a problem in like every 2k.
