We got all the fluids at the dealer but im not so sure his instructions for where the fluids go are right, as everyone is telling me something differant!The capacity is 32 ounces (946 ml). #1 Hello I recently changed the transmision fluid in my 04 sportsman 500. I was almost positive it was gear oil so I used Amsoil severe gear 75w-90. I now know that the Polaris oil wasn't that thick.
