My work around using reunion mod with remako is to copy my save file over. Disable reunion mod via the option.ini then boot up the game do the achievement I want and quit and re-enable the mod and go on my merry way. Just install cheat engine, it has its own little tutorial thing that explains a fair bit, but basically you open the game, open cheat engine, then select the final fantasy process inside cheat engine, tick the little box on the right that says “enable speed hack” and use the slider to change the speed of the game.Huh, yeah. Check out the "Remako mod" makes VII look gorgeous. You can also play around with the Seventh Heaven mod tool. You can update the character models such as using clouds battle model in the field. I honestly think this might be the best way to experience VII. 1.

I have my game through Steam, it plays correctly from outside 7th Heaven, but it doesn't want to work through the modding tool (either with mods or vanilla).
