Another user on this sub proposed that there are two ways Sazed can balance the intent of his shards. The first is to do nothing, zero plus zero equals zero. This form is known as Harmony. The other way to balance the Intents is opposite numbers of equal absolute value. Negative Two plus Positive Two equals Zero.These three are probably the best starting points that both happen earlier in the Cosmere AND still show off Brandon's talents without pushing any readers away.
