The keris partisan just kinda melts Kelphri through everything but the warrior healing. I think access to more of the really, really strong ToA potions makes taking any supply reduction feel bad. If you choose not to butterfly and red x, that's on you. Not doing those is just leaving your fate to rng. The boss is poorly designed if your meant to red x to beat the raid. Red x being a must have is a reflection of poor boss design.
