TheVulkanMan is correct about what the flashing blue light means during setup. However, after setup that means that your Wyze Cam has lost connection to the router. Usually, these cases will reconnect (which is why it has been fairly reliable so far). But I would recommend keeping an eye on this to see if it's an ongoing problem..
